While I am a recent college graduate with little experience, everyone had to start somewhere. I am more excited about getting my foot in the door than someone who is already there and I’m eager to learn, so I will be driven to give the best experience possible while remaining open to feedback and new challenges.
I warm up with stretching and cardio, followed by resistance training of different muscle groups.
There are very few things I don’t like, but I love sushi, fresh berries, and zucchini noodles!
While I’m not a picky eater, I’m not too fond of some of the plant based meats and tofu.
