Doctors can only do so much to help, so we have to be proactive in taking back our quality of life. Whether that’s feeling better, seeing your numbers improve, or being able to do something you weren’t previously able to before. Every day is an opportunity to do at least 1% better than yesterday. No matter your pace, forward is forward.
