Meet Coach Heather

My Mission

I was a navy wife for 10 years and I needed a career that traveled well. Healthcare is expensive and as the caregiver of several disabled loved ones over the last 13 years including my husband, I saw the emotional and financial impact that chronic pain had on my family. Working in a rehab clinic during the covid pandemic reminded me how many ways someone’s choices or lack of knowledge can depreciate their quality of life. Doctors can only do so much to help, so we have to be proactive in taking back our quality of life. Whether that’s feeling better, seeing your numbers improve, or being able to do something you weren’t previously able to before. Every day is an opportunity to do at least 1% better than yesterday. No matter your pace, forward is forward.
