My Mission

I’m inspired to help others with fitness because I looked up to so many people around me when I needed to lose weight. I’ve lost over 100lbs and it sure hasn’t been easy. I tried to stay in the light and keep myself motivated by the best of the best in the fitness industry. They all had the “Can’t stop won’t stop” attitude which is what I’ve developed. I’ve lost over 100lbs and changed my entire life through healthy eating habits, healthy lifestyle changes, mentally loving myself and my body, learning proper form for lifting; and also exercises and workout plans that actually work! The body is a canvas and you can create it however you want to look. Anything is possible and I thank God everyday that at 36 now, I can help others because others that loved fitness and dedicated their lives helped me too! Now, I want to be your inspiration to help you! Let’s do this together.
