I first got into fitness by playing sports in elementary school. Once I grew up, I realized I had talents in track and field and started taking my training to the next level. I became very invested! I had so much fun training and watching the results come flooding in. My mission is to provide a research and science based approach to training to achieve my client's goals. Coming from an athletic background, I have the proper discipline and drive to help my clients see success. I am able to overcome adversities, such as injuries, to make sure my clients stay as healthy as possible. By limiting injuries and taking preventative measures before they happen, I can ensure a safe training environment. Every year I gain more and more knowledge about the fitness industry that I apply to my own every day life. By watching myself achieve my own goals that I never thought were imaginable, I became inspired and confident to share my love and knowledge of health and fitness with others.
Hayden's mantra
I have seen immense growth in myself over the past 5 years. I compete athletically for the University of Mary (NCAA Division 2) track and field, so I know how important health and staying disciplined is. I am also currently studying biomechanics to further my education to help myself and others reach their goals.
