Though there is free information online about exercise, there is a lot of horrible information out there to sift through to get to the actual good information. That is where I come in to help, I give programs that I know for a fact will reach their goals.
My ideal workout would definitely be a leg day including: Squats, RDLs, Lunges and Leg Curls!
I eat a lot of fruit in my current diet and keep my main meals simple and clean with Beef and Rice!

I always workout to Metal or Rap. Some artists include Pantera, Metallica, and Jeezy to name a few!
