As a recently retired professional athlete I am hard working and driven for my teammates. And that is how I view my clients, as my teammates. Together we are looking to achieve the same goals and it requires both of our hard work and dedication to get there. I have an extensive background in strength and conditioning as an athlete, interning for coaches and coaching myself. My favorite workout is a lower body strength session with rotational core and a short cardio ending.
I love multiple grain blends paired with various fish options with hints of citrus and dill.
I can't say I "hate" anything. However, I typically refrain from eating shellfish such as shrimp.
