My Mission

Most people know me as the energizer bunny or Mrs. sunshine. Health and wellness are a big part of my life because it has changed mine. I went through an awkward stage in high school and was never comfortable in my own skin. I started to run at night my freshman year because I didn't want people to see me exercise. Not before long, I began to notice results and eventually started taking more gym classes that I enjoyed. When junior year rolled around I was down 55 pounds and took a gym class called trends and fitness. It motivated me more than ever and introduced me to group exercise, nutrition, and personal training. Since then I never turned back! There is always one question I like to ask people, and that is "who is your biggest critic?" People always respond that it's themselves. What got me motivated was, that I stopped being so hard on myself and the fact that people started to notice my changes. Health and wellness changed my life, so let me help you change yours.

Why Train With Me

My clients find my energy and persona very helpful to push them through and keep them on track.

I like to mix it up: weight train, mountain biking, running, extreme sports, mobility & flexibility.

Avocados, all veggies especially cruciferous vegetables, all fruit!

I am not that picky of a eater, but they say liver is healthy and I do not like liver!
