I have extensive experience working in different healthcare settings. I have worked with a wide variety of patients from Division One athletes to patients who are over 100 years old, patients who have just had orthopedic surgeries to patients who are having to learn how to walk again. My career and experience thus far has shown that I can safely progress people in all kinds of phases and stages to help them discover what their body is capable of.
My favorite workout is full body strength, but I do love to push myself with metabolic conditioning.
I love eggs, Greek yogurt, berries, all kinds of vegetables, and peanut butter.
My family does a veggie share with a local farm and I learned I’m not big on turnips.

It depends on what I’m doing. Usually rock for lifting, but for cardio I need fast, motivating music
Thanks to my husband I became a rock climber, and that’s one of our regular family activities
