I am good at creating intrinsic motivation within people. I can encourage and support people well, and this causes them to look at themselves and believe that they can reach their goals. Belief that something is possible is first step to getting it done, and that is what I create for people "self-confidence".
My go-to work out would be a solid leg day in the gym, or heading out for a run.
I love smoothies, salmon, fruit and veggies, chicken, and specifically Salata salads.
Asparagus. That really the only thing I dislike. I eat everything, it's a blessing and a curse.
