I have been where you are. I have made the mistakes, and it’s my job to help you NOT make the same ones. As a trainer myself with a BS in Exercise Science, i never stop learning. I take online courses, in person workshops, and I have been a mentee to some of the top trainers in the industry at the collegiate level. The mindset approach is just as important as training and nutrition, and I have a very kind touch when it comes to metal struggles.
