Meet Coach Haley

My Mission

My mission is to help clients achieve overall wellness. I want my clients to have a healthy relationship with nutrition and fitness that allows them to live a happy life. I’ve played sports my whole life, but my really journey with fitness started when I was in college. I started to workout with my rugby team and realized how exercise was starting to greatly improve my mental health. That is where my passion for helping others started. I want to help my clients improve and/or maintain a healthy body and a healthy mind.

The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday.

I have a different experience than most personal trainers as I started my journey as an athletic trainer. I understand the biomechanics of the body and I have experience working with people with various health conditions or injuries.
