My Mission

I train because as a trainer & nutritionist, I am a hope dealer. I get to watch hope, confidence and joy fill my clients lives as they get stronger, leaner and healthier. Couldn't imagine a better way to spend my days. I started as a math teacher in title 1 schools. I started teaching Thursday afternoon group fitness classes to my fellow teachers during one of our hardest years and fell in love with training. I got certified as a personal trainer, transitioned out of the classroom and the rest is history. In 2014 I was diagnosed with IBS and SIBO and refused to believe that chicken and lettuce was the only thing I could eat for the rest of my life. I stumbled into functional medicine looking for answers for myself. It was my personal training clients who encouraged me to go back to school and get a masters so I did. Now my clients get the absolute best of both fitness and nutrition, I am healthy and what a joy it is to serve my clients with love and care!
