My personal attachment to an individual’s personal well being is second to none. I take the time to get to know each client personally in order to better understand their goals, limitations, and aspirations in all aspects of life-not just training. On top of this, I have an excellent work ethic and always ensure that the client is satisfied at the end of their session. Personal training to me is more than just giving somebody a few times a week, it’s about creating a lasting relationship.
I love a solid leg focussed workout followed by a core stability session and light cardio training.
My go-to healthy food is salmon for solid protein and the ever so important Omega-3 fatty acids.
I am not a huge fan of chicken breast, eating heathy does not have to be boring!
