My mission is to help my clients see results as in physical and or on paper results as soon as 2 weeks to help keep my client motivated and on track I like to write everything down to how much sets n reps what weight they did for that exercise so each week I can show my client how there fitness increased and if we hit a roadblock we can see where it’s at and how to breakthrough it ?that is why you should train with me.
I believe that they should train with me because I personally just love this environment and any question they have I can awnser I put 110 percent effort in very easily considering I just made this my career and i plan on doing this for the rest of my life I am very good at listening and being there friend while keeping them on track like if a client seen a video of a movement on a social media and wants to try it im open to going over the movement and showing them how to properly perform it even if it may be a advanced movement that they may not be ready for them I encourage and help them try it the after explain why or how the exercises in are plan are similar n help build the client up to that
