I am a high energy trainer who brings passion to every session. I have a great background in sports specific training and can modify for any disabilities, injuries or clients specific needs. Once a client decides to train with me, I am dedicated to communicating and learning/teaching to design a program that will be most effective. Clients will learn and experience deeper concepts aside from how to lift weights or lose fat. The will learn how to become masters of their life, health and wellness.
Fun cardio: Cycling and shadow-boxing Strength: Muscle ups, squats, lunges, hip thrusts
