A client should train with me because I understand the good and the bad days that may come with starting an exercise program. It's important to me that my client not only is progressing in their program but enjoying the activity they are performing. At the end of the day, I want to leave my clients feeling like they have access to a knowledgeable fitness program/coach that allows these individuals to become their best selves.
My go-to workout would be a full-body HIIT sesh or hitting a shoulders-focused day.
My go-to healthy foods would be salmon, avocado toast, banana pancakes & peaches.
Brussel sprouts & Broccoli

Depends on what I'm feeling that day but my go-to is rock music.
I started working towards my certification at 18 and just recently became a trainer at 19!
