My Mission
I started out of shape and insecure about myself. I took charge and fell in love with clean eating and working out every day. My body adjusted to these changes and over time, I saw these results. Through sheer hard work and that inner embrace for a true challenge, a great turnaround. I wish to help others in their journey towards their goals and earn what they can have, a healthy mind and body. When a body is unhealthy, much of the time, the mind follows and degrades, but if healthy, physical well-being is locked into place, the rest follows, leading to a stable and healthier self. Seeing these changes is what inspires me, feeling freer and less cluttered in the mind, I tell myself every day that I CAN and WILL strive towards these goals, maintaining the standards I set for myself, others can do the very same. I have no doubts that, if one is determined enough, they will get there, but only through consistent patience and discipline.

Why Train With Me

I have been where they are starting out from. I can relate to them personally and will never leave them alone or in the dust, trying to figure this out for themselves. That would be unfair, as what they need and deserve is a coach in the highest sense of the word. I will be present and I will not look at them as a mere paycheck or product. These are individuals who have aspired to become better versions of themselves, and as such, they deserve nothing less as clients than my best as their coach.

My go-to workout

Endurance running, boxing and strength training.

Healthy food I love

Lentils, black beans, tofu, tempeh, any vegetable/fruit, brown rice and whole grains, quinoa, oats.

Healthy food I hate

Raw broccoli and raw baby corn, unless it’s added to a Thai salad or wrap.

Why Train With Me
