What sets me apart from other trainers is as a Registered Kinesiologist, is I have the skills to treat and prevent injury, identify and correct muscle imbalances, improve movement and strength and assist people in achieving their goals. I also have experience working closely with a population that suffers from mental health, and how to motivate and assist these clients through exercise.
My go to workout is a good leg day. My favourite exercises are squats, deadlifts and lunges!
I love fruits and smoothies as a quick and easy way to get lots of nutrients in the morning!
I do not like spinach and kale raw, but find a way to incorporate them into meals I like.

I did competitive gymnastics when I was younger and coached gymnastics for 8 years after!
