A client should train with me because I will always have their best interest in mind. I will provide that personable, relatable, and welcoming environment that every client is looking for in a Personal Trainer. A client training with me will receive physical fitness coaching, but also the guidance to better themselves mentally; I will be that trustworthy and motivating person to push a client to be the best version of themselves, physically & mentally.
My go-to is an upper-body strength training, but I also love to change it up with a HIIT session!
Any type of fish with roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts, and of course dark chocolate pretzels.
