My personal journey consists of multiple injuries, bad form/technique, and not taking care of my body in the way it needs. Through those struggles, I've learned and grown while working for 11 years as a personal trainer, 4 years as a Health Coach, 6 years in nutrition and supplements, and 2 years as a stretch expert.
The best go to workout I love is anything using dumbbells, stability ball, and bosu ball.
Turkey, chicken, broccoli, brown rice, gogi berries, all fruit, most nuts, bell peppers, and carrots
Squash, cauliflower, olives, any salads with fruit or nuts, almonds, anything with cheese, and peas.

I listen to Christian rap/worship music, alternative, and different shows and podcasts as well.
By the time I was 30 I had been put under 7 times and had 3 pieces of metal in my body.
