I know how to personalize a training program to an individual with their own specific goal. Everyone is different and a cookie cutter program that someone finds for free on the internet wouldn’t hold a candle to a program tailored to the individual.
Go to workout has to be deadlifts. As long as they are done correctly it’s a great strength exercise
