My mission is simple, help clients become the best version of themselves. I want to help that skinny kid achieve the body he/she is dreading for. I want to help that client who wants to lose weight, achieve the body he/she is dreading for. What inspires me, is seeing someone I used to know just excel in fitness. Seeing how they were 5 years ago, to now is just jaw dropping and amazing to see. What got me into fitness was my freshmen year of high school, I played football during that year and I was getting pushed around a lot. I was around 140lbs and a lot of the people on my team were bigger than me, during drills I would just get pushed around a lot. That led to me wanting to get bigger, stronger, faster and more agile. After my freshmen year, I gained over 50 pounds of muscle and I have insane strength numbers in the gym. That’s what I want to do for a client who is in the same position, help them grow muscles to the point where they don’t get pushed around.
