I believe someone should train with because I’m not a trainer just focus on the physical aspects of training. I want to use my training to connect with them on a mental & spiritual level as well so they can build the tools to be able to take the discipline outside of the gym as well !
My go to workout is hip thrust on leg day and back row on upper body days
My favorite healthy meal has to be fish tacos with extra guac and hot sauce.
HATE brussel sprouts. barf lol or maybe just haven't learned to cook them to not leave an aftertaste
