A client should train with me rather than using free information online because most times there is too much misinformation online. Creating a structured program, setting goals, and sticking to a plan can be hard if you are having to find all of the information about executing the plan on your own. It’s always better to have someone who has an exercise science education by your side for a fitness journey!
My go-to workout is strength training and I love to sit in the sauna after. :)
