Why inspires me is starting I always thought there was no way I can get to where I am now but I was able to accomplish getting my certification! I got into fitness because for years I thought the way to be fit was to exercise every single day and starve myself but I realized you don’t have to workout every single day you can work out 3 days a week and eat through the day and still be healthy !!
I will follow up make them feel motivated and once they see results they’ll keep wanting to do more
