For me, fitness and health are not just something I do for work. It is my passion in life, and I thoroughly enjoy doing the leg-work for clients (whether that is programming workouts, educating about nutrition, or busting common fitness myths). I am a perfectionist and analytical by nature, which I have found to be beneficial characteristics when it comes to training clients. As long as they have a good attitude, I will fill in all of their knowledge gaps and push them towards their goals.
I will always have a preference for muscle-building styles of training, primarily weight-lifting.
Protein is king in healthy eating, and I include lots of meat, fish, eggs, and yogurt in my diet.
Anything that is overly processed or has too many artificial ingredients. Stay away from seed oils.

I go back and forth between hip-hop and punk/rock music. My music taste jumps all over the place.
A sustainable fitness lifestyle is all about balance. Don't expect to be perfect, be consistent.
