With my schooling and PT experience, I would be able to individualize treatment programs based off of each individual regardless of age. I can also use my knowledge to help a client through minor injuries to rehab but also not discontinue training while rehabbing. I feel I have a wide knowledge of exercise prescription to be able to use equipment at a gym or at home.
Keeping it simple.. a nice run or pushing some weights around the gym
I love a good steak or salmon!

Honestly depends on the day.. go to's are hip hop/rap, pop, hard metal/rock, 1990-2000 punk/alt rock
I think in my past life I was a food eating competitor.. I can eat a lot
