I’ve been working in fitness for 10 years and have worked with a variety of groups including pre and post natal women, and people with chronic illness and disabilities of all ages. Although a large part of training is offering education and effective workouts, actually getting a client to partake requires psychological coaching, compassion and encouragement. I often say, most clients know what they need to do to succeed but they need someone to support and guide them.
I love to lift heavy! I do full body strength training and use kettlebell for endurance and cardio.
Peanut butter! I try not to eat it out of the jar though ;)
Food without flavour. Even if it's healthy, if I don't enjoy it, I don't eat it
