This makes me uniquely suited to help clients sort through the massive amount of confusing and sometimes blatantly wrong information online. On top of this, I am a mom of 4, and my clients love how I can relate to their busy lifestyles in a non-judgmental way.
Workouts are tailored to the client and their goals/needs, but my go-to would be strength focused.

This is hard because I am not picky. For example I don't love tomatoes but I still eat them!

Pop or dance music, but hilariously, I also work out to ballads/slow songs (if I love them).
I have four children but also love to lift heavy and have muscle!
