I have been on the other side of fitness, grew up with bad habits, not athletic, and overweight after having my son. I stumbled in, doing all the wrong things while figuring it out. I became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor over a four year journey and I have found that building rapport, and helping people create a positive emotional connection to their health is a skill of mine. Over the last 5+ years of being a fitness professional my ability to relate, as well as my desire to learn, has made me valuable.
I love to get a great body weight workout in, especially outdoors. Yoga, pilates, and even TRX.
Protein pancakes or oatmeal, followed by fresh fruit. Rice, veggies, and tofu is a go to as well.
I wish I could like green tea, it's so good for you but I just can't sadly.
