My training is a bit unique, with a mix of bodybuilding methods from the 1980s, and emphasizing full range of motion and truly stimulating what ur mind and body is targeting. You don’t see much mobility work mixing into weight training or the idea most people have when they commonly start, yet a lot of them do.
My go to workout is legs, most exercises for legs wether it’s cardio or resistance is fun for me.
Healthy foods I like are beets, rice, fish, various fruits, hummus, eggs, oatmeal, & protein shakes
I’m not a big fan of squash, and allergic to shrimp

I’d say the most surprising thing is how much I care about them having an amazing workout
