My top priority in remote training is building a relationship with the client, so they feel comfortable during our time together. I always tell clients that getting free information online is not comparable to the extensive knowledge that I possess as a CPT... with free information on the internet it is risk for injury, wrong programming, and therefore a lack of consistency. I am outgoing, personable, and I understand how to use those skills to train a client in order to make the session a good time for them. I always tell my clients that I will become their fitness best friend!
Running 15-20 miles a week while doing pilates & yoga some days. I love variety and making it fun!
