I will respond very quickly. If during a workout they have a question on the movement I will explain it to them before their next set. I do not like to have a "set in stone" exercise program. I am very flexible, if I need to switch movements, rep schemes, etc I will. I know what it takes to gain weight, lose body fat, try to improve athletic performance, plateau my lifting progress, etc. The gym has been a place for me to find myself and wish you find value in it. I want to come along and help.
