Assuming a client is a good fit for me, they should train with me rather than with someone else or solo because I am passionate about teaching others about training and how to reach their goals. There is nothing more satisfying than identifying a goal with a client, planning and working on that goal, and watching them ultimately succeed at their goal. I would help clients to identify a specific and measurable goal and then create a customized plan that meets their needs and helps them reach their goals.
