A client should train with me because of the strong knowledge of fitness that I have, and the positive outlook that I have towards life. Fitness is a personal journey, but it's a little easier for someone to travel the road with you and I can be that person for you.

I try to avoid red meat when possible! I prefer white meats when I'm out to eat or making dinner.
