I grew up with physical and mental health issues, fitness has helped me face these issues and it is now something I have more control over. I started out with YouTube videos and as a result my form took longer to perfect, as I had no one to correct me. I'm an all or nothing type of guy, so if someone matches that energy, I'll put 100% effort into them.
I thrive in the weights section, but I also enjoy a diverse workout with swimming & calisthenics.
I don't think I'll ever get tired of chicken or ground bison and jasmine rice!
