Assuming the client is a good fit for me, they should train with me rather than with someone else because I know that I can help them achieve their goals. When I worked in personal training before, I would often tell my potential clients, if they truly wanted to work out and put in the work on their own, they would have already. Odds are most people need someone to hold them accountable. That is where I come in. I will make sure they are sticking with the program and not giving excuses. I am here to make their dreams happen.
