My Mission

My mission is to show clients that changing your life and improving health only takes one extra step a day. Reaching your goals is a cumulative effect that only requires getting 1% better everyday. At first, 1% doesn't seem like much. As you start to understand your body and how to exercise more, that 1% starts to compound. Eventually you see the changes you want to see and exceed what you though was possible. I am here to teach you to change your life with only 1% more a day.

I have three years of experience working with professional baseball players (with Houston Astros and Milwaukee Brewers). Currently I rehab injuries and train soldiers in optimizing their readiness for duty. My background in sports and working with tactical athletes allows me to determine where you're at, what equipment you have available, and how we can utilize both to exceed your goals.
