I have three years of experience working with professional baseball players (with Houston Astros and Milwaukee Brewers). Currently I rehab injuries and train soldiers in optimizing their readiness for duty. My background in sports and working with tactical athletes allows me to determine where you're at, what equipment you have available, and how we can utilize both to exceed your goals.
