We have the potential to live longer and healthier than every generation of humans before us but at the same time, the modern world provides every opportunity to be unhealthy. With Netflix, smartphones, and ultraprocessed foods everywhere, it can be difficult to lead a healthy life. I've been there. At one point I hadn't exercised in months and my diet was so poor that I was developing digestive issues. It took a lot of trial and error, but eventually, I found lifestyle changes that worked for me and I have never felt better. My goal is to help as many people as possible get out of the trap of modern living and lead as healthy and strong a life as possible.
The most important part of training is consistency and for many people, this is the toughest. I struggled with consistency myself for a number of years but have now learned to build the discipline required for consistency in myself and others. I think that having someone to hold you accountable and that can help you become accountable to yourself is invaluable.
