Clients should choose to train with me because I take care of my clients. I provide them everything they need to reach their goals. This includes, scheduled weekly sessions, daily check-ins, work outs outside of the sessions (full programming so they are never left without knowing what to do), help with diet and I constantly check in with my clients goals and how they are feeling with their results every month. I like to keep everyone accountable and create monthly goals to change things up and keep them motivated. As a trainer, I have also had a trainer because I love being pushed. Working out alone is great and sometimes much needed, but there is nothing like having someone by your side to push you through your toughest sets especially on your toughest days.
