I'm able to provide individualized programming to create desired adaptations for all body types, personalities, fitness levels/backgrounds, etc. Through working with several hundred clients (primarily athletes) over the past 5+ years, I'm able to relate to a wide variety of people. I understand that everyone is different and therefore cookie-cutter approaches to fitness are less than optimal.
A plyometric warmup followed by a heavy compound lift and accessory exercises to create a nice pump!
Salmon, roasted veggies, various preparations of eggs, overnight oats, lean meats, any & all berries
