My philosophy for personal training is similar to my philosophy in life. Everyone's walk is different, and lifelong fitness is not a "one size fits all". Being able to help others explore their capabilities and passion brings me joy. I always want people to be attracted to the love I have for them and their journey so they can feel confident in their own skin. Exercise is not a punishment, it is a celebration of the body's capabilities, and everyone deserves to understand that. I am also very and motivating when it comes to pushing people to meet their specific goals.
My favorite go-to workout is strength training with high-intensity interval training.
I love salads! My go-to snacks are veggies and some ranch!
