Fitness and working out gets a bad rep these days- hours of cardio, 200 crunches a day, fad diets. I would hate fitness if that was what I was portrayed every day too. The truth is living healthy is easy! We often try to complicate simple goals when, in reality, all you need to lose weight is to focus on whole foods and spend a few minutes doing purposeful movement every day. Fitness is absolutely amazing, and it allows you to gain control of your life, creating a lifestyle and body you are proud of! Making several, small changes (with intent) is all that's needed to create the life you didn't know you could have!

Finding the right coach can be difficult; I know this having worked at a gym for a year and having spent time being coached to compete in a bikini bodybuilding contest. My coaching philosophy focuses on providing support, while also not letting a client sell themselves short; I provide the motivation and accountability but the real changes are up to you.
