A client should train with me because I can create an individual plan for them that takes into account their experience or lack thereof, goals, and lifestyle factors, because following a random guide online will lead to random results. I also approach every client individually, meaning I don't assume what worked for one client will work for everyone, meaning my approach to each client is unique. I also have the skill of empathy, being able to take into account people's emotions and mental struggles around making a healthy change in their life, and be able to motivate them to keep on the path.
I love a solid heavy weightlifting session, with a conditioning circuit thrown in at the end.
