They should train with me because although I am not a certified physical trainer quite yet, I have a 5-year undergraduate degree in exercise science with minors in biology and psychology, and I am also pursuing my masters degree in human performance with a nutrition cognate. I am also a sprints and hurdles coach at Wilmington College in Ohio, so I do have a background in coaching and instructing.
I love sprint workouts followed by some power and strength lifting sessions!
