Unlike other trainers or a computer, I put the person before the goals. I want to know as much as I can about you to be able to give you the best workout program possible! So much of achieving your goals is being able to understand what's going on outside of the gym and learn how to use or adjust that to your advantage.
5 minute Cardio warmup, Weight Lifting, 10 to 20 minute MetCon, 15 minute stretch and cooldown
Quinoa, TVP (textured vegetable protein), any fruit or veggies, protein shake
