Clients will want to train with me because I know that beginning and sticking to you’re journey takes more than just a fitness plan it takes someone being there by you’re side cheering you on or reminding you that it’s ok to be patient with yourself because not everyday is going to be 100% but let’s give it what we got!

My favorite thing for breakfast is definitely a smoothie bowl with lots of fruit and PB and granola!
