My goal is to help people that aren’t super comfortable or knowledgeable in the area of fitness learn how to jump into their own daily practice. I believe that working out isn’t just a way to lose weight or look a certain way, it is a part of a lifestyle that will promote mobility, longevity, and happiness over a whole lifetime. My goal is to encourage my clients and educate them gently to give them the tools to better their lives as a whole.
