My Mission

I help individuals who are struggling to achieve their fitness goals, eat healthily, and find overall balance in their lives. I work closely with you to uncover the habits, limiting beliefs, and behaviors that have been holding you back. Together, we will share the entire journey as we reframe those beliefs, instill new habits and rewire our thinking and "diet culture" mentality" completely. After many health changes and issues with IBS, PCOS, and hormones, I have come a long way in terms of controlling my health. I have learned what works for my body and my lifestyle in a way that is fun and easy. It's YOUR turn to feel confident, healthy and in control of your health and happiness in a way that works for YOU.

Why Train With Me

I believe in a full spectrum and holistic approach to wellness. Being a transformational health and nutrition coach, I understand the barriers, limiting beliefs, and habits that get in the way of our goals. I am a knowledgeable trainer who can customize workout plans to fit their lifestyle, needs, and limitations while helping them to uncover their barriers to success. Together, we will focus on the big picture and I will be there to hold the highest vision of that client to be true.. I believe health begins with our mindset, and sometimes we need someone to help us reframe our thoughts, beliefs, and habits so we can be the best version of ourselves. I will be there for them when life gets in the way when they feel unmotivated or uninspired. I will be there to encourage them, support them and remind them why they began in the first place.

My go-to workout

I love a good strength training session to feel strong or if I want to get it done quick tabata!

Healthy food I love

I love a good stir fry or curry as it has a ton of vegetables while also packing a ton of flavour!

If it's from the sea, it's not for me!
