My Mission

I am a personal trainer who infuses yoga and meditation into workouts based on my client's needs and wants. I build fitness programs around goals and lifestyles while focusing on safety and functional movement. I believe our bodies and minds should be able to take us where we want and need to go in life. Learning how to care for the body and the mind is where true health begins. "I am Master of my body. I am Master of myself." I am a believer in manifestation, and before one can truly harness the ability to create their external dream life; I believe mastering the energy of the body and mind must come first. Through the use of affirmations and developing a self-care practice we can positively change the thought processes in the brain. Quantum Physics is now supporting the truth that each of our perceptions on reality first comes from how we perceive reality through thought. Working with me means you will have a whole-being approach. Awaken to your most Authentic-Self!
